Owl Hill

The preschool program ran through Owl Hill learning center in conjunction with the Manheim Township School District is an invaluable tool and asset for our community.  Children who would otherwise come to kindergarten needing to catch up with their peers, are given the amazing opportunity to close the achievement gap and start off their public school career with the same chance at being successful as any other child.  I have seen up close and personal as a kindergarten teacher who works next door to them, that they provide services to families and children that they could not otherwise acquire.  The only problem with this program is, from my viewpoint, they could expand to reach out to even more families to give this lifelong gift of learning.  I am a strong supporter of what they are doing each day.
